Shipping is charged at £3.70 for purchases under £50 and is FREE on purchases above £50.
We use Royal Mail first class shipping on all our orders, however the shipping time guarantee may vary depending on location. In the unlikely circumstances that there is a hold up with stock which would result in a delay to your order, Joy Candle Company will make every effort to contact you to let you know. We will refund anyone upon request who had paid the £3.70 for delivery, and anyone who qualified for free shipping may be able to receive a special discount code as compensation, at the discretion of our Customer Service team.
If you are based in the UK and the order does not arrive within 21 days from confirmation of dispatch, or if you are based outside of the UK and the order does not arrive within 25 days, please contact Customer Service by emailing email@example.com
We will investigate with Royal Mail and then if we deduce that the order did not in fact reach its intended destination, we will resend your order for you (as we understand items can sometimes be lost in the post). We will only do this once however, and then if it still doesn't arrive Joy Candle Company will not take liability.
If non-arrival of items purchased from the store is down to a mistake by you (the customer) during the ordering process (i.e wrong address) and you do not let us know prior to dispatch, Joy Candle Company will not be liable and will not resend or refund your order.
Orders to some countries may be liable for import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This is dependent on the country where the delivery is taking place and is variable on the size/weight of the product. Please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Joy Candle Company.
